During our family stay at Mil Madrenas Rojas, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality extended by Toni and his wife. Nestled 1250 meters above, the scenic drive up added to the charm of this remote location. We opted for a longer stay after experiencing the tranquility and serenity it offered. As an art historian, immersing ourselves in the peaceful surroundings was a delight. While the language barrier with limited English and French may pose a slight challenge, we found innovative ways to communicate, such as using a translation app. For family-friendly activities, Toni and Monica offered great entertainment for our child, reminiscent of our visits to historic sites in Spain. Remember to pack food or request meals in advance. the inclusive atmosphere and remote setting make Mil Madrenas Rojas a perfect choice for families seeking a peaceful retreat amidst nature's beauty.
